Babbu started with a stolen wallet on a Tuesday night in Bairro Alto. Tourists know the feeling: a small disaster, in a language you don't speak, with bureaucracy you don't understand. Hotels can't help. Apps don't care.

We built Babbu to fix that. Every Babbu is a verified Portuguese local — fluent, calm, and used to navigating Lisbon's quirks. When you call, a human shows up. They take you to the police station, translate the hospital intake, argue with your landlord, find the right pharmacy at 2am.

We charge €25 per hour. We pay our Babbus well. We answer the phone. That's the whole product.
